We accept Visa and Master Card, and every other credit or debit cards on our website. Our sales staff can also process other payment types manually, including checks and internet banking. To pay using one of these methods, please contact us to place your order.

When you order your goods from our website, the Merchant will normally take 3-15 days to deliver it to your address. The time interval will depend on which of the Merchant’s shipping methods you select. If you wish, consolidate your shipments and ship when you instruct; please then allow up to 6 days (depending upon the level of service you have chosen) for your shipment to arrive at your address. On average, it takes 8-10 business days with the Economy Service, 4-6 business days with Standard Service and 2-3 business days with Express Service. The longest part of the delivery process is often the final mile (or kilometer) of delivery to your address. If you are normally out during the day, we can deliver your shipment to your place of work or to a friend – just complete the ‘Delivery address (if different)’ section in your personal details. (This alternative address must be in the same country as your registration address). You can edit your delivery address at any time before shipping, by pressing ‘Account details’ below your Suite Number. However, once a shipment is released, the delivery address can not be modified.

Once you have checked out your order, you should receive an e-mail from PayPal confirming your payment, followed by an e-mail from us acknowledging your order. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within a couple of working days. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order, along with an accompanying invoice.

You should have received an invoice in the order confirmation email that we sent you right after your payment was processed. You’ll find it near the bottom of the email in the “Your Purchase Documents” section.
